  • What areas do you serve?

    We serve Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, as well as Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Ancaster, and Waterdown.

  • Do I need to be home during the service?

    No. As long as we have access to the property and clear instructions, you don’t need to be home. Many clients provide a lockbox code or leave a key with concierge.

  • How do you price your services?

    Interior cleaning is priced by square footage, and other services (windows, gutters, pressure washing, painting, moving, junk removal, handyman work) are quoted based on the scope of work and property size.

  • What should I do before you arrive?

    A quick tidy of personal items helps us work efficiently, but it’s not mandatory. For moving, junk removal, or exterior work, no prep is needed.

  • Are you insured?

    Yes. We are fully insured for residential work, including cleaning, moving, exterior services, and handyman jobs, so your home and belongings are always protected.

  • Do you offer same-day or urgent bookings?

    Yes. When scheduling allows, we can accommodate same-day or next-day service for cleaning, junk removal, moving, and handyman work.

  • What happens if the weather is bad for exterior work?

    For windows, gutters, pressure washing, and holiday lighting, we reschedule to the next available clear day. There is no extra charge for weather-related delays.

  • Do you bring your own equipment and cleaning supplies?

    Yes. All tools, cleaning products, ladders, pressure washing equipment, and moving supplies are provided. You don’t need to prepare anything.

  • How long does a full home reset take?

  • Do you offer bundle discounts?

    Yes. Booking two or more services in the same visit—such as cleaning + windows, or moving + junk removal—qualifies for a discounted package rate.

  • Do you clean both the inside and outside of the windows?

    Yes. We clean interior glass, exterior glass, screens, tracks, and frames depending on the package you choose.

  • Will window cleaning leave streaks or water marks?

    No. We use professional tools and pure-water cleaning methods to ensure a clear, streak-free finish on every window.

  • Can you clean windows in cold or rainy weather?

    Light rain is usually fine, but heavy rain, high winds, or freezing temperatures require rescheduling for safety and quality.

  • Do you remove window screens?

    Yes. We remove and clean screens by hand using a gentle brush and rinse method, then reinstall them securely.

  • How often should I get my windows cleaned?

    Most homeowners schedule exterior cleaning 2–3 times per year and interior cleaning 1–2 times per year, depending on location and exposure to dust, pollen, or traffic.

  • What’s included in a basic home clean?

    Basic cleaning covers floors, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen counters, stovetop, and general tidying. It’s ideal for weekly or bi-weekly upkeep.

  • Do I need to tidy before you arrive?

    Not required. However, clearing surfaces and floors helps us clean more efficiently and finish faster.

  • What cleaning products do you use?

    We use professional-grade, safe, and effective cleaning products. Eco-friendly options are available upon request.

  • Do you travel outside your regular service area?

    Yes. For larger projects, we can travel beyond our standard service areas. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance and scope of work.
